There's No Place Like Home.

Dorothy just wanted to find her way home. So do the children CASA serves.
Dorothy represents the child trying to find her way back home. The Scarecrow, Tin Man, and Lion were the friends who helped her along the way. CASA volunteers are that friend — a court-appointed advocate who walks beside a child through one of the hardest journeys of their life.
The red shoes? A symbol of safety. As long as Dorothy wore them, the witch couldn't harm her. Your support is that protection for kids in Bollinger, Cape Girardeau, Mississippi, Perry, and Scott counties.
DID YOU KNOW: Children appointed a CASA/GAL volunteer or staff experience significantly fewer placements than children in foster care who are not appointed a CASA/GAL staff or volunteer.
"Being an advocate for these kids has allowed them to, in a very real way, have their voice heard in the court system."
Payton Beck , CASA Volunteer, Cape Girardeau County
